Bio
Former fashion model turned Evangelist, Sharon Bolan Yerby knows about change. At the peak of her modeling career she was halted by an undiagnosed illness that plagued her for two years. During that time, she cried out to God in full surrender. After a miraculous healing, she accepted His divine will for her life and began preaching the Gospel in 1997.
Currently
With over 12 years in ministry, Sharon has preached the saving and healing Gospel of Jesus Christ to thousands of souls around the world. Through “The Gathering” Healing Crusades, TV and radio broadcasts, she has heralded the uncompromising message of the cross, holiness and intimacy with God.
She has hosted “The Change” radio broadcast since 1998 airing on Dallas-based KWRD The Word 100.7 FM and New Orleans-based WBSN Lifesongs 89.1 FM. She has also authored 3 books, "The Beauty of the Cross", "In Search of the Perfect Man" and "In His Presence" Daily Devotional Journal. She is currently completing her fourth book entitled, "Carriers of the Ark".
Today, in Sharon’s words…
"But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world." (Galatians 6:14)
For everything that has happened in my life, I give my Lord the glory. His precious grace that saved me is the same grace that carries me through each new day with Him.
In 1997, I surrendered to the call of God to preach His Gospel to the world. Since then, I have never looked back. For me, it was and still is, an all or nothing call.
